Elsewhere co-founder George Scheer shares the origins of the organization and discusses the connections between Elsewhere's archival mysticism and its Jewish material culture with historian and folklorist Gabrielle Berlinger. George and Gabrielle will draw out themes of each other's work and consider how Elsewhere’s creative material preservation and curation communicate Jewish experience and values.

This is storytelling about Elsewhere, brought to you by the community of artists, innovators, and creatives who know it best. Each session will reflect on different themes that show how local and global activity are reflected in the world of Elsewhere.
