Master Copy Scavenger Hunt | Brandy Bajalia

After being attracted to a old and deteriorating landscape painting on Elsewhere's second floor, Bajalia created a master copy scavenger hunt to bring the painting back to life and elevate its sense of importance within the collection. She imagined a new history and purpose for the painting and painted five copies of it on different surfaces and objects on the museums first floor. Bajalia responded to the way that visitors to Elsewhere are sometimes overwhelmed, creating something interactive that would guide visitors through the museum.
