This Place Projects | Nicole Lavelle + Miles Mattison

This Place Projects is a creative and curatorial experiment supporting and exploring location-based artmaking. Using this loose framework as an opportunity to collaborate, Miles Mattison and Nicole Lavelle created a series of works at Elsewhere that ranged from public events, publications, photographs, workshops and performances. In particular Lavelle explored the reach and scope of graphic design, typography and communications inside the museum and around Greensboro, while Mattison experimented with light and varied forms of photography.
