Dr. Leila Villaverde

Professor of Cultural Foundation in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and Director of PhD in Educational Studies. Dr. Villaverde has written books on white privilege and secondary education, and articles on identity, art education, and critical pedagogy.’

Leila was Board President and Culture Committee Co-Chair. She was on the board from 2017-2019.
