Unveiling Monuments Exhibition + Reception

After April Parker's "Elsewhere Stories" virtual conversation, stop by for a sidewalk exhibition and reception in front of Elsewhere at 7PM to celebrate April's new body of work, "Unveiling Monuments." The series documents art actions, protests, and public acts that explore the unveiling of memory, memorial, and mourning.

Earlier in the evening there will be a virtual talk from 5-6pm, to learn more and RSVP here.

We invite you to bring offerings to leave at the storefront community altar. In mourning to those lost to the global pandemic, institutional racism, and systemic oppression. Offerings can include candles, flowers, pictures, letters, and like items. Through collective mourning, we strengthen and build community.
